Brand awareness either online or traditionally comes by popularity or viral marketing means companies are implementing. Word-of-mouth is sometimes very helpful for a company to thrive in the market, but it should be maintained in order to maintain customer retention and loyalty. In this case loyalty does not become a customer expectation as companies implement this strategy of becoming viral or raising their standards that get customer attention and interest indirectly. However, on social media platforms it may not be that easy since online users focus more on how is the product being reviewed or customer ratings so even if its popular they may not be attracted,
